is Now Available with a New Removable Agitator

The Vita-Mix Mix'n Machine, the industry's leading frozen dessert mixer, is now available with a patented removable, dishwasher-safe agitator. In just a few seconds, any operator can change the agitator between servings for mixing different ingredients. Ideal for preventing flavors and coloring from being transferred from serving to serving, the removable agitator can also safeguard against introducing potential allergens, such as peanuts or strawberries, to subsequent servings. Mix'n Machine removable agitators come in packs of ten, so there should never be a shortage of clean agitators.

Machines with permanent agitators require a three-step cleansing, rinsing and disinfecting process between the mixing of each serving. The removable agitator however does not slow down operators--they change the agitator in seconds and mix the next serving. Conversion kits are available for existing Mix'n Machine units with permanent agitators.
