This Ventless Hood Fry Kettle is one of the most advanced frying cookers available. Operators can now fry in areas where traditional hoods are not practical or are cost prohibitive, maximizing profits with minimum effort and expense. The patented ventless hood is fire suppression-ready and has an air purification system. The three step air filtration system traps grease particles, dirty air, and helps to eliminate odors, all within a five minute cycle and one easy motion from the operator.

With a fully automatic basket lift and an eight-menu cooking computer, the CF-500-VH is easy to operate. The basket lifts from the oil when the cooking cycle is complete.
