By using a vacuum, marinade can be quickly absorbed without air pockets, allowing for more flavorful and tender meats, and increased product weight, all in a fraction of the time required by traditional marinating methods.

Available in two sizes (50lb. and 200lb. drums), these tumblers utilize a specially designed interior that massages the meat into juicy and tender products. Easy to clean and operate, these tumblers can further increase productivity when multiple drums are used. The VT-50 and VT-200 feature variable speed controls, timers, built in vacuum and optional stainless steel carts.
