EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriniTEQ, Inc. announced today that it has been selected as an IBM business partner in the food service and hospitality industry. Under this agreement, TriniTEQ will offer its WaiterPAD handheld ordering system and IBM's SurePOS hardware and services to restaurants including chains and high volume sites.
WaiterPAD is a complete RF handheld ordering system designed for the specific needs of the restaurant and hospitality industry. First deployed by TriniTEQ in 2000, WaiterPAD is used by hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters and sporting venues around the world. The reliability and performance of IBM food service hardware and services, combined with TriniTEQ's software and WaiterPAD, provides a complete solution that increases service delivery, reduces costs and enhances profitability.
