Topping Warmers

Turn your dessert and snack business into a profit center with hot topping and warming equipment. To fit your specific needs, we manufacture several varieties of hot topping servers. They include lighted, pump or ladle, and even twin fudge servers.

We also have a new unit for use with pouched product - the Server Advantage.

Hot Topping Servers feature adjustable thermostats, with degree markings, and a water bath design to keep your hot topping at the perfect serving temperature. Their airtight, stainless steel pump assemblies work with fingertip ease - and no dripping. Plus, investment cast valve bodies and welded joints offer more corrosion resistance and durability. The maximum stroke yields a 1-oz. (30 mL) serving. As with all Server pumps, gauging collars are provided to reduce portions in 1/4-oz. (7 mL) increments.

The lighted hot fudge dispensers have an easy change picture. You can choose from Hot Fudge, Hot Butterscotch or Hot Caramel. It also allows easy access for light bulb removal.

Lighted Hot Fudge Dispenser LFS #81330 Same as LFSP #81300 but uses a 1-oz.(30 mL), 10 in. (25.4 cm) ladle instead of a pump.
