Cres-Coratt heaters in the Roll-In Retherm Oven bring 320 refrigerated meals to serving temperature in an hour or less. Roll-in dolly or (optional) dolly-mounted rack holds 32 13 x 13 baskets. Microprocessor control automatically switches from Retherm function to 140º holding function, while the black control panel is tilted for easy viewing/operation.
In addition to the four heaters, the Model # RO151007 has three blower motors and two vent fans; the unit may not need a vent hood. A heavy gauge aluminum base supports 14 ga. welded stainless steel channel framework, with stainless steel interior and exterior body.
The field-reversible stainless steel door features heavy duty inboard-mounted hinges and ¼ -turn latch; insulation is 1 ½ in. thick in back wall, door, and base, with 2in, thick side walls. The roll-in dolly has a 200lb, capacity and 5in, neoprene tires for use between –20ºF and + 160ºF.
