Percival Boyd's Teas of Origin are as diverse as the world of wines and distinctive as the countries where it is grown.
Percival Boyd's Teas of Origin are grown in cooler climates and in the high elevations of Sri Lanka, India and China. These teas fall into three major groupings: rich black tea that is mildly oxidized to produce a smooth, flavorful amber brew; to delicate green tea that is quick-dried to minimize fermentation, creating a mild tang to the tongue, as well as subtle oolong tea that is partially fermented to produce a slight zing to the palate.
Boyd Coffee Company offers six selections of these teas, including English Breakfast, Yunnan Black, Green Peony Rosette, Dragon Phoenix Pearl Jasmine, Selimbong Organic Darjeeling and Orchid Oolong.
