Desco Pasta Cookers are the solution to the problems of cooking traditional Italian food in large quantities. They can simultaneously cook a variety of different pastas in the quickest possible time, making from 30 to 700 portions an hour.

Using an innovative system, Desco Cookers are also able to cook different foods at the same time:

Another advantage of these cookers is their low energy consumption due to their quick start-up time. In fact, the water boils in just 10 to 27 minutes, depending on the initial water temperature (60° to 20°C).

The entire Desco series features large water tanks with an overflow feature that constantly removes the starchy water as it is replenished with fresh water.

"Steam-cooking" is possible by means of special perforated containers.
