Ovations Food Services To Provide Food Service At Missouri State University For New JQH Arena
Springfield, MO - Ovations Food Services, a specialist in food and beverage catering for public assembly facilities, was selected to provide their high-level of quality food presentation and customer service to the Missouri State University sports venues, including a new 11,000-seat multi-purpose sports and entertainment arena, the JQH Arena, which will open in November of 2008.

The agreement, which will begin in June of 2008, includes Ovations Food Services providing all food and concession services to the University's sports and entertainment facilities, including the Plaster Sports Complex which features a 16,400-seat stadium and 8,800-seat Hammons Student Center, and the 2,200-seat Juanita K. Hammons Performing Arts Center.

Ovations Food Services plans to feature a menu that "attacks" hunger with such fan favorites as freshly grilled half pound 100-percent Black Angus burgers and hot dogs served up fresh with fan condiment choices. Other proprietary brands that Ovations will bring to the University include Hot Dog Nation, Scoops, City BBQ, Overture Café, and Boomer's Bistro. Ovations plans to work with local merchants to explore opportunities to deliver more local flavor through its menu line-up.
