New Acquisition Allows Restaurants On The Run To Offer More Than 1,000 Restaurants For Delivery!
Aliso Viejo, CA - Restaurants on the Run has acquired Dine Out-In, the Corona based restaurant food delivery service. This is now Restaurants on the Run's ninth acquisition since the company's inception over 15 years ago.
The acquisition netted another 10 restaurant partners to the Restaurants on the Run delivery family, which now exceeds 1,000 restaurants and includes such corporate chains as Rubio's, Claim Jumper, California Pizza Kitchen, The Cheesecake Factory, BJ's Restaurant and more. The new deal widens their delivery range and restaurant offerings in the Inland Empire area, while solidifying their position as the West Coast's largest restaurant food delivery service provider.
"We are excited that in this day and environment we are able to continue to grow. Dine Out-In offered Corona and the surrounding area a great product for over 10 years and we are happy to be able to put our service model into their current structure. This is just one more successful step towards our long term expansion goals," said Anthony Caito, Vice President of Sales for Restaurants on the Run, Inc.
The official name change from Dine Out-In to Restaurants on the Run took place on November 1st, 2008. In addition to the name change, other customer benefits brought by the acquisition include a new online ordering system with features such as group ordering, simple catering, live order tracking and a customer rewards program that were not previously available to customers in that area. Rick Doll, owner of Dine Out-In states that the changeover to Restaurants on the Run, which has relationships with many larger chain restaurants elsewhere, tremendously enhances the corporate customer's delivery choices. Many of the restaurants we've been delivering for, have signed on with them. They also have a state of the art website and an on-line ordering system that our customers will find very user friendly. It's a win-win change for them.
