NatureSeal prevents browning in sliced apples while maintaining flavor, color and crispness for up to 14 days. An innovation for freshly sliced produce, NatureSeal for Apples now enables foodservice operators to serve sliced apples on buffets, salad bars and fruit plates, desserts, hors d'oeuvres, garnishes and many other creative concepts.
The product is a wholesome blend of vitamins and minerals which contains no sulfites. Easy to use, it is dissolved in water; freshly cut apples are then dipped in the solution and are ready to serve or refrigerated until needed.
The product is available in two sizes, large (3.9 lbs.), which can treat up to 1,300 pounds of apples, and small (1.25 lbs.) for treating up to 400 pounds of apples depending on size and number of slices treated.
