Cres-Cor Cart speeds and simplifies transporting bulk foods – hot and cold – to tray makeup stations. Controlled by thermostat, thermometer and on/off switch, a heated compartment holds eight 12 x 20 pans of food at temperatures to 180ºF. With the optional KoldKeeper in the non-heated compartment, 38ºF – 42ºF temperatures enable transporting seven trays of salads, desserts and similar cold items.
Two 12 x 20 x 4 hot wells are formed in the stainless steel top; each well has infinite switch control and pilot light. Insulation in walls, top, bottom and doors is 1 ½ in. thick fiberglass. Front and side panels are brushed stainless steel. Interior framework is welded 12- ga. square steel tubing.
