Maplehurst Bakeries Inc. and its parent company Ready Bake Foods Inc. are a division of George Weston Ltd. of Toronto Canada. Ready Bake Foods has a leading market share in the Frozen Dough industry in Canada. Ready Bake entered the US market in 1992 with its acquisition of Maplehurst Bakeries of Indianapolis, Indiana and Carrollton, Georgia. Maplehurst and Ready Bake operate plants in the US and Canada.
