Glowmaster has created a niche for itself in the past ten years by offering its products and services to a particular segment of the foodservice industry. We have continued to provide innovative display cooking equipment that has been used to dramaticaly change how foodservice facilities prepare and present food to their customers.

We have provided major corporations, including Marriott, Walt Disney, Hilton,and many of the corporate feeder companies, with products and display cooking ideas that they are presently using in many of their foodservice facilities. Many of our products are being used to train upcoming chefs in some of the finest culinary schools in the USA.

Among the key benefits provided by our products to our customers is the ability for the chef to visibly present fresh and nutritious meals directly in front of the customer. We continue to introduce innovative cooking related products that have offered us a greater share of the multi-billion dollar food service industry

Clearly, the one dominant driving force fueling our continued growth is our ability to recognize and satisfy changing market needs.

Glowmaster was founded in 1989 and remains a privately held corporation, presently in its early growth stage. We had started out primarily selling to the foodservice industry, and have in recent years expanded our market to include the marine, sporting goods, catalogs and to the gourmet industry. In order to service our ever growing customer base, we have set up five distribution locations throughout the USA to provide on-time delivery to meet our customer requirements.

Our present product line is divided into two major categories: Portable Butane fueled appliances, including stoves,lanterns and heaters and the fuel is our commodity. We have recently introduced Induction Cooking equipment and accessories that has once again given us an opportunity to be a leader in marketing this new technology to our growing customer base.

Our marketplace continues to undergo rapid changes in customer eating out habits, which has allowed us to explore additional opportunities for growth (ex. Home Meal Replacement in the Supermarket Industry).

As a result of the recent extremely favorable exchange rate with Korea where most of our Butane related products originate, we have been able to maintain a consistently level pricing and profit structure. In the area of Induction cooking products, we have had a strong jump on the competition which has allowed us to achieve extremely favorable margins.

As we continue to enter the retail market segment (Marine, Sporting goods, Gourmet), our customer base has provided us with the opportunity to introduce related products (ex.Butane Torches) that will help us achieve wider brand recognition.
