The Fry Kettle (Model CF-401) is equipped with casters for easy moving for cleaning and maintenance. It is small enough to be portable, yet it maintains maximum capacity so operators can remain productive during busiest times.

In five minutes, the Automatic Oil Filtration System completes an entire filter cycle in one motion. With the automatic refill feature, the life of shortening can be increased by 50%, reducing both waste and cost.

With a fully automatic basket lift and an eight-menu cooking computer, the fry kettle is easy to operate. In one simple step, the basket lift enables operators to load the fryer, set the timer and activate the basket lift. The basket then lifts out of the shortening at the end of the cycle for safer and easier unloading.
