The FP2000 Food Processor Series features machines that will increases productivity, are easy to use, extremely durable and have a ¾ horsepower motors that stand up to constant use. The food processors are able to slice, shred, grate or julienne directly into the batch bowl, a unique feature. The high performance commercial motor and extra large feed tube accommodates over 22 square inches of space, providing continuous duty so operators can complete large jobs faster and with less reloading. The two-piece "S" blade, with patented mid-blade, maximizes processing speed, and the dual handle Lexan work bowl accommodates 4 quarts of wet or 6 quarts of dry ingredients. Dual handles assist in lifting and transferring of processed foods.
