A division of Perkins Restaurant and Bakery (The Restaurant Company), Foxtail Foods offers cookie dough, muffin batters, pancake mixes, pies and other food products to its Company-operated and franchised restaurants, as well as to third-party bakery and food service distributors. Foxtail Foods will implement the entire Adonix X3 Process suite including process manufacturing for recipe and ingredient management, inventory control with lot traceability, as well as Adonix X3's intrinsic Business Intelligence tool that provides user-defined business analytics on a real-time basis.
