Nutritionist Five Food Labeling from First DataBank helps you create and design camera-ready Nutrition Facts labels. Food Labeling helps you comply with the new labeling requirements for restaurants, by easily allowing you to provide your customers with nutrition information and nutrient content claims for Heart Healthy menu items.

Nutritionist Five Food Labeling is available as an add-on module to Nutritionist Five nutrient analysis software.

Recipe Analysis—Analyze unlimited recipes while automatically taking into account nutrient loses and gains from cooking. Review nutrients by serving or batch weight instantly. Scale ingredients by weight or yield. Store recipes in separate recipe books.

Nutrient Content Claims—Nutritionist Five Food Labeling can automatically calculate FDA Nutrient Content Claims for foods or recipes, based on the serving size reference amounts.

HACCP—Food Labeling can help you incorporate Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) into a recipe. HACCP was obtained from the latest edition of the Food Code and can be edited to meet your needs. Control Points for different areas of preparation are available for selection.

NLEA—With Nutritionist Five Food Labeling, you can be confident that all nutrient names, abbreviations and nutrient values will follow the FDA guidelines and rounding rules.
