Flight-Ware Restaurant Management System

Our RMS is a complete restaurant management system. We have carefully designed it to be a separate module that is completely independent of the POS system. Of course, it was designed to be connected to the Flight-Ware POS system, but it can easily be connected to any other POS system.

It allows the daily sales information from the store's POS system to be directly captured and polled on a daily basis to a manager's computer. The manager can then use the data to:

• Schedule his employees
• Create or change menu items and their pricing
• Maintain accurate inventories of menu items
• Enter invoices
• Cash deposits
• Miscellaneous payouts at the store level
• Break out sales activity by any time and period desired
• Create ranking reports and other reports critical to management and budgeting decision making
• Send and receive messages between the office and the stores
• Post information directly to financial statements without data re-entry

Our communication package allows transfer of data over a direct telephone line or through our Flight-Ware internet server at any time of the day or night, including files created in Lotus, Word Perfect, or Excel, or other such programs. Using the internet to reduce long distance charges, the stores can upload data to the Flight-Ware internet server, and the office can then call into the server either automatically, or at any time to download current information or daily reports for any or all stores. By using our Internet server, the data transferred is secure, and does not remain floating on the Internet for a hacker to intercept. We also provide E-Mail capabilities to reduce fax and long distance costs. We also have an optional Windows interface for ease of use.
