Frymaster's Filter Magic® system is the industry's first automatic, built-in filtering system--the standard for cost savings, safety, ease of operation and dependability. This hands-off filtering system filters 50 lbs. of shortening in just 3 to 5 minutes. The exclusive Power Shower® automatically washes sediment from the frypot into the filter. There are no hot hoses to handle, and one fryer can be filtered while others in the battery keep on frying. Frequent filtering with Filter Magic® is fast, safe, and simple for extended shortening life and high quality food products! Up to six MJH50, MJH50-2, MJ35, H14, H14-2, H17, H17-2, H22, or H22-2, Frymaster fryers can be batteried to either side of the Filter Magic® "A"; up to four MJCFE, G18 or G24 fryers can be batteried to either side of Filter Magic® "B".
