Catermate Catering Software is event management software designed for the catering, foodservice, and hospitality industries, providing users with greater ease of use and expanded capabilities for event planning. Some of the new features of the software include: WaterMark, a tool that creates fully customizable documents; RoomViewer integration, for designing graphical event room layouts; and AR-Connect, which integrates with QuickBooks Pro to deliver a complete and easy-to-use accounts receivable system.

The updated event management software also features RoomService, a tool that supports real-time printing of kitchen tickets. This system sends each order to the appropriate kitchen or production area, based on what the food is and where it will be delivered.

The software features an integrated learning system, ICE (Integrated Client Education). ICE provides a self-paced learning environment for new users, guiding them step-by-step through system tasks. The series of task-oriented lessons are accessible from within the application, with direct links to ICEnet website, where customers will find interactive tutorials, threaded discussions, and email-message support.
