RACINE, WI — November 7, 1999 — In-Sink-Erator's commercial instant hot water dispenser provides hot water for making beverages and dried convenience foods and saves time and energy in the commercial kitchen or foodservice area.

Model H-778 provides 190 degree cooking hot water instantly, to prepare tea, coffee, soups, sauces and other foods in seconds. It puts hot water right where it's needed, saving steps, and preventing inefficient heating of water in large, unwieldy containers. It saves energy and money by eliminating expensive piped connections to a central water source; the unit connects directly to a cold water line and a standard 110V outlet.

The hot water dispenser features a 1/2 gallon capacity and provides up to 100 cups of hot water per hour. It includes a twist handle top, and a long spout and elevated faucet to make filling large containers easy.

The dispenser's compact tank fits neatly under a sink. A thermostat maintains the water at the optimal temperature.
