Awrey's Sheet Cakes and Brownies

Awrey Bakeries, Inc.et cakes and brownies offer operators great dessert versatility, limited only by the imagination. They can be served a variety of ways: as a simple square cut piece, a base for a la mode offerings, or as decorative petite fours.

• All sheets and brownies are packed in 12" x 16" corrugate trays that carry score/portion marks allowing for easy cutting and accurate portion control. Frozen cakes slice up clean and evenly, reducing crumbs, breakage, and waste. The long side panels slide back into the shorter panels for easy re-closure.
• Sheet cakes are offered in carrot, double chocolate, German chocolate, orange, banana, coconut, and white iced yellow.
• Brownies are offered in traditional homestyle fudge nut, and our Marquise offerings of chocolate decadent and chocolate peanut sensation.
• All sheet cakes are packed 4 per case. Our traditional fudge nut brownies are packed 4 per case while our Marquise chocolate decadent and chocolate peanut sensation are packed 2 per case.
