AM/PM Service

AM/PM Service Ltd., a privately held company, was founded in July of 1987 with an operational staff of four people. AM/PM Service has grown into one of Canada's largest independent Point-of-Sale service companies. We offer a wide range of support services for today's user of Point-of-Sale Systems, whether an electronic cash register or an on-line multi-user point-of-sale system.
This allows us to provide our customers with comprehensive system solutions involving POS terminals, PC's, Communication/Networking hardware and software, as well as custom software applications.
Our major regional centres are currently located in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, and Toronto. Our headquarters are located in Vancouver, BC. From this facility we provide a Central Dispatch and Help Desk services as well as remote telecommunications support for all clients. Our service support centre offers centralized reporting, toll free calling, and technical help desk support, with 7 days a week/24 hours a day, coverage available. Our repair and maintenance department offers centralized bench repair. We are able to service a wide product range from different manufacturers complete with component level circuit board repair.
Our field engineering organization consist of over 100 technicians located across over 38 secondary offices and service locations. We currently provide on-site service for in excess of 15000 lanes of point-of-sale equipment from a variety of manufacturers. A few of these include ICL/Fujitsu, IBM, NCR, Omron, Panasonic, Symbol, Siemens, Casio, Spectra Physics, and SASI. Through our major accounts program we supply systems and support for some of Canada's largest retailers. Working with these clients as a service provider, we have enabled strategic enhancements such as scanning and credit transaction processing which has increased the functionality and extended the life of their current systems.
We recognize the mission critical nature of in store components such as servers and scanning and are committed to providing timely problem resolution. Our focus is to work with our customers as a long-term business partner providing point-of-sale solutions, system integration and support.
