Jerome B. Rounds - President and Founder
With 31 years of progressive food service experience, as President of Advantage Marketing Jerry's focus is on keeping Advantage a forerunner in the industry. Jerry strong branded product sales and marketing focus, has led Advantage to establishing major Corporate Distributor Buying Programs.

David Kalman – Executive Vice President
David joined Advantage in 1982 with over 30 years sales experience in the New York Metro Market. With a Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, David understands what it takes to sell the impact operators in the market. As a member of the Corporation and Director of the Culinary Institute of America David's pulse is always focused on teaming up operators and distributors.

Jim Alessi – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
The newest partner to the Advantage team Jim brings over 25 years of experience on the manufacturer level as well as the distributor level. Jim's high impact selling skills and under-standing of how to move business through from end to end, to fulfill all of a Operator's, Distributor's and Principle's requirements. Jim leads our sales force by example, setting the bar very high with his constant involvement in the day to day sales efforts keeps the team focused.

- Team Selling In addition to the Operator and Distributor responsibilities of our sales team, we also practice team-selling technique. Combining the extensive knowledge of our principal account representatives with our field sales specialists, we create opportunities for additional sales.

- Technological Abilities Your business will be monitored with the Food Mark System Management Program, the premier Food Service Broker Software. Each Field Sales Specialist has Lap Top Computers for immediate access to all principle information in order to close a sale at a moment's notice. Advantage offers a web site with hyperlinks to all manufacturers web sites.

- Facilities Your business will be represented by our new state-of- the –art facilities. Our new facilities offer a large private media conference room which is available for distributor sales meetings, principle sales meetings and in house training sessions, which accommodates up to 60 people. Private client offices available with phone and computer access.

- Training Room - Test Kitchen Unique top of the line facility designed to meet the needs of a changing foodservice marketplace. Used to host foodservice trade functions, distributors and operators for off site training meetings. Organizations which have used our facilities, SYSCO, U.S. Foodservice, Landmark, L.I. School Lunch Directors.

- Sales Training Meetings To meet the demands of the New York Market and the expectations of our Principles Advantage is committed to on going sales and product training meetings with the least amount of time taken away from our operator focus. Cross marketing is stressed and specific seasonal opportunities are targeted. Field Sales Representative are given prepared tool kits on an on going basis for our client lines.

- Operator Services 90% of Our Time is Selling the Operator
Advantage on an on-going basis is reaching out to our Operator base. In house mailing are done with point of sale and samples included on behalf of our Principles and Distributors. Using proven sales and marketing techniques and our long-term relationships with Distributors, Advantage successfully sells the Operators.

- Distributor Services Advantage has a vigorous DSR "Ride With" program. An Advantage Sales Account Executive will ride along with a DSR for a day on a regular basis once again with OPERATOR focus. These programs keep our " Principal's People on the street" aware of product benefits, product positioning and new product launches. The results more sales to more operators.
