The Optimizer Adjustable Dish Dolly has an upscale European appearance, making it suitable for both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house use. It holds stacks of 9 7/8in. to 11¼in. plates and 8 stacks of 5½in. to 8¼in. plates, 33-50% more than any other similar dish dolly on the market today. The adjustable dividers allow dollies to hold plates from 5½in. to 12½in. and oval platters from 9½in. to 7¼in. and 13½in. to 10½in. which eliminates the need for individual dollies. A vinyl cover is included for sanitary storage of dishes. The dolly is available in Black, Brown, Dove Gray and Slate.
