Our patties are individually quick frozen at our plant using liquid nitrogen at 200'F below 0 to lock in their peak freshness immediately after formed. These patties will safely cook to required safe temperature of 160'F and still stay juicy. They are a natural to caterers or anyone that needs to prepare in advance.
