Eggplant Antipasti - Fire roasted eggplant, bathed lightly in Balsamic
Eggplant Antipasti - Fire roasted eggplant, bathed lightly in Balsamic Vinegar, then simmered with marinated veggies, green olives, capers, pinenuts, tomatoes, and our very own special blend of herbs and spices.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Ready to use. Keep refrigerated. Can be kept refrigerated up to 21 days.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
1) As an appetizer, scoop it up with bread, crackers or veggies
2) As a centerpiece for your antipasto plate, drizzle olive oil and serve at room temperature
3) As a Sauce Component, toss in a hot saute pan, add a splash of your favorite marinara and toss with any pasta
4) As a topping, add to your favorite pizza toppings
