The manufacturer has significantly reduced the height of its pizza prep tables from 46in. to 42in., allowing all users to easily reach all pans. The pizza prep tables, model PTB, now feature a new Easy Reach Rail system. Other significant changes include the addition of self-closing doors and a new 114" length for maximum prep space.
The pizza prep tables have always been designed for fast production and easy replenishment. Available in lengths of 48in., 60in., 72in., 91in., 99in. and new 114in. models, each work surface can accommodate 18in. pizzas. Door or drawers systems are available, drawer systems hold either one or two 12x20-hotel pans, and door models can accommodate 18in. x 26in. sheet pans. The rail holds between 12-28 1/6 size pans and features a separate on/off switch to turn the rail off at night to save energy. All pizza prep tables meet and exceed NSF 7 requirements.
