For food processing markets, including meat and poultry, baking, dairy, produce, and prepared foods, CleanTech handwash systems are placed in the entrance of the production area to keep harmful bacteria out of production and in critical areas where hand or gloved hand product contact is critical. The Model 2000S system, which performs the entire handwash procedure for the user, has proven to remove greater than 98.5% of harmful bacteria from hands in less than twelve seconds. Combined with a proprietary CHG 2% antimicrobial solution, the system can provide up to six hours of residual killing ability.

The systems eliminate variability associated with manual handwashing and have the ability to monitor handwash frequency. Reduced water and utility usage, compared to conventional methods, is an additional benefit. Systems are USDA, UL, and NSF approved and provide a great fit for HACCP and SSOP programs.
