ADMIRAL CRAFT EQUIPMENT CORP.-WHO WE ARE In business since 1952, Admiral Craft Equipment Corp. (also known as Adcraft) has grown to be a leading manufacturer, distributor, and master jobber of food service utensils and supplies to the food service industry. After evolving into an import/wholesale distributor in the 1960s, Adcraft sold its import division to The Vollrath Company in 1974. However, in 1979 we resumed importing for the food service industry. From a small company that began as a two-man operation, we currently employ over 80 talented and capable people.

Offering in excess of 4,000 products, our goal is to provide superior service, prompt shipping and maintain one of the highest fill rates in the industry, as well as produce quality products at competitive prices. Feedback from all of our customers, large and small, indicates that we have been successful with emphasis on our extremely professional and courteous customer service department.

Our product line has increased dramatically over the years. Though we supply a wide range of utensils and a variety of other supplies, we have developed our cookware side of the industry. Adcraft cookware, both aluminum and stainless steel have become well known and used worldwide. To satisfy our customers, it is our mission to keep abreast of state-of-the-art technology to produce new and improved product lines. In our cookware department it is our 3004 Aluminum Fry Pans featuring the Herculan with a black hard-anodized coating. A unique chemical bonding process brings together the aluminum base with the anodized coat which creates a surface that is 30% harder than stainless steel, which makes it warp resistant.

We are also well known for the Original 'GauchoÔ ' knives popular in steak houses across the country. Most recently, Adcraft introduced our three exciting, new upscale line of roll top chafing dishes, most opening 180° and all adorned with brass accents. The new lines are complete with coffee urns and other accessories. The Portofino Collection, our top of the line, is exquisitely completed with a three gallon double wall insulated coffee urn and a two gallon juice dispenser sporting a stainless steel ice ch Adcraft has always strived for excellence in our products, service and pricing. We continue to grow as we expand our customer base and our innovative product lines. And in early 2001, we will be expanding by opening our West Coast Distribution Center in Las Vegas.
