Evaluate your product's cost and profit effectiveness based on production and shrink. Evaluate ad effectiveness based on increased sales verses lower margins. Keep an effective sales journal, tracking sales, purchases, labor, and percent of store sales on a weekly basis. Maintain product's ingredient list and labeling definitions.
