Fluorescent Lamps

The CovRguard line of shatter-resistant fluorescent lamps combines a high level of shatter-resistant protection and superior light output with no compromise in performance. The lamps feature outstanding energy efficiency. They eliminate the inconvenience and added labor expense of unwieldy sleeves and caps. The lamps can be placed into a fixture right from the box. The product's shield doesn't change the overall length of the lamp.

The lamps are wrapped in a full 15-mil thick shield of polycarbonate plastic, virtually eliminating the possibility of flying glass. This virgin polycarbonate plastic provides UV stability and effectively contains glass fragments and phosphors if the lamp is broken.
