FC250 Food Processor

• Save time, labor, and money with the easy to use FC250 Universal Food Preparation Machine. This rugged, all metal machine produces up to 900 lb/hr with the help of a strong 3/4 HP motor. It is typically used in small to medium size restaurants, pizzerias, schools, caterers, and similar facilities.

• Select from 33 different cutting/shredding plates and grids. The FC250 will slice, shred, grate, julienne and dice large quantities of vegetables, fruits, cheese, mushrooms, nuts, and dry bread.

• The forward tilt of the machine puts the feeder close to the operator. This ergonomic design allows the operator to work for long stretches of time without fatigue.

• Two built-in switches provide excellent safety. One is located under the feeder lid and the other is in the pusher handle, allowing for automatic restart after each feed cycle.

• Large 8" cutting plates minimize manual pre-cutting.
