This European Gourmet French Toast is shipped frozen, fully baked and ready-to-serve. Requiring almost 40 hours to rise, the dough made using the company's special natural yeast is very different from bread made with commercial production yeast. Complex rich flavors and soft textures.
During the long, slow, natural fermentation, the mother yeast forms complex natural compounds which are rich in unique enzymes and amino acids. These natural catalysts cause an amazing change on the starches and proteins found in the dough. The result is 90 days of natural shelf-life, using no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.
The product comes in four flavor varieties:
