Garland Commercial Rangesck Oven, GPD4, has long been the company's answer to the industry's need for a traditional, hearth pizza oven. The 48in. Pyrorock hearth accommodates 6-16in. or 4-18in. pies. The "Load Demand" snap-action control produces quick reaction for rapid recovery. The GPD6 model features a giant deck width of 60in. for high volume production.

Both models offer heavy duty construction, quick pre-heat (under 25 minutes), cool touch door handle, and the unique Pyrorock hearth for needed bottom heat, fast recovery, and durability. The ovens also offer precise top heat damper controls – left and right – allowing the user to bake a variety of products at the same time. They are also stackable – two high – for an even greater production capacity.
