The chopping bowl and cover, two-blade hub is designed for fast and efficient chopping of garlic, shallots and onions, as well as herbs like basil and rosemary. The chopping bowl cover has two openings for adding liquids, oils and eggs to make a quick sauce, cream or topping.

The grinding bowl and cover includes a unique three-blade hub designed for fine grinding of spices and hard foods, such as hard cheeses, chocolate, nuts, coffee beans, peppercorns, allspice, celery and mustard seed. The Lexan work bowls, covers and blades are dishwasher safe and can be stacked with the lids on for convenient storage and better use of working space.
