Rising Sun Farmse Tortas are made from farm fresh cheese blended with selected herbs, sweet cream butter and other Pacific Northwest delicacies. They can be used in a wide variety of applications, including hors d' oeuvres, brunches, lunches, sauces and many more. The tortas are available in ten varieties:

Marionberry – Marionberries, apricots and cranberries, topped with roasted hazelnuts.
Mediterranean – Layers of roasted sweet red peppers and Kalamata olives, topped with dried tomatoes.
Blue Cheese – A hint of pear compliments this blend of blue cheese and cream cheese, which is topped with cranberries and roasted hazelnuts.
Smoked Salmon – Smoked Sockeye salmon blended with dill, cream cheese and crowned with roasted almonds.
Pesto Dried Tomato – Layers of cheeses and classic pesto with dried tomatoes on top. The original.
Lite Pesto Dried Tomato – The original torta, lower in fat with full flavor.
Curry – This mild yet zesty torta is blended with apricots and crowned with cranberries and cashews.
Lox – A classic blend of lox and cream cheese, with horseradish and chives for extra flavor.
Kalamata Olive and Feta – Dried tomatoes with roasted garlic and savory herbs.
Sweet Red Pepper – Roasted red pepper with dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and savory herbs.
