The Pounder Burrito is a medium sized, eight-ounce burrito is made with tasty fillings and is available in two popular flavors – Red Chile Beef and Red Hot Beef. The burrito offers operators an alternative to the current line that features five-ounce and ten-ounce burritos. The Pounder will be particularly appealing to schools offering a la carte, c-stores, college and universities, as well as mobile caterers and vending and concessions because it easily fits into the operation's racks.

The flavorful Red Chile Beef Burrito features a milder flavor profile for mainstream appeal while the Red Hot Beef is much spicier. The Red Hot Beef burrito is seasoned with jalapenos, crushed red peppers and a zesty red chile sauce for those looking to add an added zip to their meal.

The burritos can be heated using a microwave, convection or conventional oven and the individual wrappers are also ovenable. Holding times under a heat lamp are approximately on to two hours, two to four hours in the steam table or four to six hours in a hot box.
