Awrey Bakeries, Inc.r 3 layer cakes use the creamiest fondant-based buttercream icing. We start with special cake recipes carefully formulated for a high flour-sugar-shortening ratio yielding a rich, moist, textured, sweet flavored cake. Protective polylined inner carton packaging ensures cakes maintain integrity under rigors of shipping/handling.

• We offer an extensive selection of traditional and contemporary flavors - each a taste sensation. Double chocolate, German chocolate, cream cheese iced carrot, lemon, orange, coconut buttercream, and our assorted 2 layer 8" cakes.
• Ready-to-slice feature allows greater flexibility and control over portion size and serving costs. Portioning is easily adjusted to meet volume demands at 12-16 cuts. All our 9" cakes rest on a decorative and functional scallop-edge cake circle. Three scallops represent a 16 cut, four a 12 cut.
• Our assorted 8" 2 layer cakes provides low volume customers an attractive value - contemporary selection requiring minimal freezer space and reducing inventory costs.
